Your proposal seems well thought out. However, as an autocrosser since 1964,
I have a different perspective on the sport and would avoid this class. The
sport continues to add categories and classes (thinning out competition and
increasing preparation costs) while reducing seat time. NEVER HAVE SO MANY
SPENT SO MUCH FOR SO LITTLE.
