RE: PROPOSAL: Super Street Touring Class

I think that this type of class is a good idea.  
I would, in general be in favor of even 
fewer restrictions.  There are 2 that come to mind:

1.  Head porting.  Why not?

2.  Nitrous.  Why not?  The autocross bunch seems really opposed to
nitrous.  Why is this?  Just curious. . .

The minimum weight idea is cool, especially since it could be tweaked 
to keep as many cars competitive as possible.
