While we're on the topic of dataq system legality, has
anyone read the following tidbit in the book under
15.11.C:
"Data acquisition systems other than those approved by
the Solo Events Board may not be used at Divisional,
National Tour, or National events. The only approved
devices at this time are: rpm recording tachometers
and G Analysts."
luddites <ahem> I meant...Surely that should be
generalized to mention accelerometers instead of G
Analysts specifically, since they're no longer in
production and the GEEZ! Cube is a workalike.
I guess someone *really* anal could protest a
camcorder as a data acquisition system if it were
aimed at the instrument panel...
