No, you don't have to have +$1000 shocks to be competitive in stock!  While 
it may make you faster (drumroll for a novel idea), you will nearly always be 
faster by actually learning to drive your car and learning what your car does 
on course (and how to set it up accordingly).  You can spend money to go 
faster but IMHO, actually learning your car is by far superior to outspending 
the competition.

Nope, how about revalved stock shocks?  Are you going to do compression 
testing on the oem shocks?  None of these devious minds around here would do 
that sort of thing, would they?  =^)
