  Dennis,  I think you are looking for Halibrand.  According to Puhn's book, 
(possibly dated) ARC Industries in El Cajon, Ca (San Diego area) would be a 
source.  You might also talk to some Shelby folks.  Otherwise you may need to 
look over the pond to the German Grand Touring Cars,  Pro Rally, or high hp 
formula car builders.
