they had to unload /new-old/ stock and obviously most people were not
bothered, they were sold under the premise that no warranty implied due to
known defect in said product.. once again if you can provide recepts
showing you purchased the tires before they released the 2000 model and
reduced the price on the '99's then you are entitled to a replacement
tire/monies..

now if your distributor failed to inform you, there might be a complaint.
but as far as I know both Hoosier Tom and R+S were more then honest to their
customers (I was one of both) now tire rack still lists the A3S02 in their
mag. adds so they might not be up to date, but they did not offer the
discounted tires to my knowledge. tire rack started selling the 2000 model
ASAP once again as far as I know..

so basically if you paid full price, call Jeff Speer, or another hoosier
road racing REP and you will be refunded, if you bought a discounted tire
then your S.O.L. unless you just like to complain then hoosier might give
you a tire just to shut you up..

Hey I only callzum as I seezum

OK,Lawsuit!!!, A little overreaction on my part. BUT once Hoosier realized
that there was a defect they should have stopped selling the tires. Selling
poor merchandise under the NO WARRANTY umbrella is wrong.
Whether you work for a living or not.
