IMO the answer is most likely no.

The OE computer on the Rx7TT is part of the turbo control loop.  The SP rules 
prohibit modifying the turbo control loop, even if aftermarket parts are made 
to mimic OE.  IMO the only way to get around it legally is to leave the OE 
computer controlling the turbos and splice in the aftermarket computer to 
control fuel & ignition.
