Umm, putting an aftermarket exhaust on the car would keep you smog legal 
(maybe), but it would still disqualify you from stock.  Computer too.  I 
remember hearing about completely cosmetic changes that disqualified Neon 
owners from stock class, I guess that sort of thing is pretty strict.
