We have done several of these at my shop.  Luk is the only vendor I have
found for the "cassette" type Neon clutch.  I use a lot of Luk clutches and
never had a problem with them until now.  I have had a couple of these fail
within a year of installation (in normal use, they were not autocrossed).
The particular failure I am not sure of but it seems that some of the lining
came off the clutch plate itself.  In both cases the clutch would not fully
release when pressing the pedal.   In one case, the pedal didn't do
anything.   I suspect that you are having a similar problem.   Since the
pressure plate and flywheel are rivited together I couldn't take them apart
to see what the actual failure was.  If it happens again I will take the
time to grind the rivits off and see what happened.  Most likely you need to
replace the clutch again.  Perhaps Centerforce will warrantee the clutch?
