There are a lot of bogus emails from Paypal, Ebay, and every major bank that
look official but are phishing for personal info for id theft. DON'T respond
directly to any such email you receive unexpectedly.
Go to Paypal's web site www.paypal.com natch, and there will be a link for
reporting such emails.
