The fourth event of the 2005 RFR Raceparts, Evolution Performance, Velocity
Online Southeast Division Solo2 Series is set to take place in Newton, AL,
hosted by the Wiregrass Region. Site is Hunt Stage Army Airfield, with it's
beautifully smooth, flat and very grippy military concrete, this will be a
great Test n Tune event for the upcoming Solo2 Nationals.
The Wiregrass Region and SEDiv Solo2 program are looking for surrounding
regions to step up and help provide additional cones and a PA system for
this event. A rental fee will be paid to any Region that can help out.
Currently we would like to thank the Buccaneer Region for allowing us to
use their JAC Circuits timing system. If you or your region can help out
please contact me as soon as possible at sedivsolo2@tds.net.
The event hotel is the Comfort Inn - Dothan, AL 800-474-7298, please
mention the "Wiregrass SCCA" when making your reservations in order to get
the $69.00 rate. Registration, Tech and Welcome Party will be held at the
event hotel for those arriving on Friday night from 6-9pm. We encourage
everyone to Register and Tech on Friday night to avoid any lines on
Saturday morning.
Lunch will be provided each day to competitors and additional lunches can
be purchased onsite for $5.00 each for crew members.
