This car is the 1994 Solo-II National Champion and was 2nd place at the 1995
(by only .002 sec) and 1996 (by only .09 sec) Solo II Nationals.
This car has the highly desirable, light, Cosworth BDP 2.0l engine (not the
heavier YB), putting out approx 220hp! With Motec programmable fuel
injection, the engine runs smoothly from idle all the way to its 9500 rpm
redline. The car is very torquey and is great for street or Solo.
Includes updated wide front suspension, Koni aluminum 8212 2-way adjustable
shocks all the way around, DeDion rear suspension w/ Ford Sierra
differential, Ford 5 speed transmission (quick, short throw!), hydraulic
clutch, 15" Caterham Super 7 wheels, oil cooler, dry sump, Wilwood front
brake calipers, Luke 4 point seat belts and many spares. Although currently
in beautiful, street trim, all spares to put it back in Solo DMod winning
trim are included (ie, smaller fenders, lighter wheels, etc).
