Administrivia: ba-autox references at Marimba going away

If any of you are still using the ba-autox addresses at marimba.com,
that will cease to work at some time in the very near future.  You
should have all always been using the ba-autox@autox.team.net addresses
anyway.  The list is now fully hosted by Mark Bradakis in Utah.

So, make sure you send your submissions for the list to autox.team.net,
not to marimba.com.  Likewise for add/remove requests.
