Yes, it is ES. You can run in ES, ES-Rookie, or in the Street Tire class with
the ES index. I'd recommend ES-Rookie.

Which brings up the subject that being an instructor can now count as a work
assignment! Only requirement for the instructor is that they ride with their
Rookie student as many times as they request during normal runs, and provide
constructive feedback.

However, don't think you can ride along with your buddy, say you're their
instructor, and get out of working! All instructors need to check in with me
(Andy McKee) to be OK'd. I will try and keep the number of instructor work
assignments manageable so that we don't compromise other work assignments.

So, if you are a rookie and want an instructor I will try and provide you with
one. I will try and have a sheet you can sign up on at Registration. However,
there will only be a few assignments per event, so if the list is long don't
*expect* an instructor.

And if you want to be part of the Instructor "pool" then please leave your name
with me as well. However, also sign up for a regular work assignment until you
have a confirmed Rookie student. You'll need to make sure you are available
for their entire run group (and not running at the same time).
