Well, it was a good effort made by Chris Kannan, but Grady Wood went from
third to win it. Great driving by Mr. Wood. Chris hit three cones on his
second run, which was his fastest scratch time, and would have been right in
the hunt. I don't know what happened on his third run, but it was a bit
slower. He ended up fifth fastest out of the top 23 in the nation at his
first try. Fantastic first nationals effort for Chris Kannan.
