Personally, I think shocks are one of the single largest improvements you can 
make to most cars, and that's when they are NEW!  Much less with 90K miles!  
You can also change the front swaybar (larger or smaller, I usually go 
smaller on Hondas...), exhaust from the catalyst back, air filter, add a 
safety harness to keep you in the seat better than the stock 3 point belt.  
There are some other things, but these are the ones that most people do and 
that gain you the most.
