This is a tricky one.  I used to think there were 3 types of Panasports.  
Regular Panas had nothing engraved on the rim, and didn't have "Rallye" or 
"Pro Rallye" (not sure of the exact wording) embossed in the casting on the 
painted portion.  The "Light" version had "For racing use unly" engraved in 
the rim, no center caps available, and thinner casting in the spokes.  The 
Rallye version had a thicker casting and a center rib in each spoke.  

Then I got 14 X 5.5" wheels for my RX-7, that had the Rally embossing and 
"For Racing Use Only" in the rim.  I think they also had the center ribs.  
They were less than a pound lighter (each) than my OE wheels.  I think the 
importer engraves that on any wheel he doesn't wish to certify for street use.
