I ordered shocks to replace my 90K mile old stock pieces, and should the
shipping gods have mercy upon me I'll be installing them Friday in time for
some Saturday fun and Sunday's event. Thanks Charlie, Eric, and Mike.

On my starving student's budget, I decided to go with the KYB AGX adjustable
shocks because I couldn't justify $600 for the Koni's (I'm not yet addicted
enough) and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to have something tweakable
on my beloved Honda del Sol. I know you get what you pay for, but I paid
$266 including 2nd day shipping for the shocks from J.C. Whitney. It seems
lame to spend any more than that when driving at my (pathetic) level.
Apparently that was a good deal... They raised the prices quite a bit the
next day.

I'd like to understand more about the physics of suspension and what will
happen when I twist the little knobs on my new shocks. Can anyone point me
to a resource on the web or a reasonably "accessible" book? I'm not afraid
of physics, but I do like books with colorful pictures too.

Also, Eric mentioned wheel alignment. I know there's something in
particular that I'm supposed to be aware of when specifying what I want..
Where can I find more info on that?

Finally, what time does setup start on Sunday?

Thanks,

Jake Hodges
