Assuming you're not picking on my spelling, Jacky Ickx was a sometimes F1
driver who won Le Mans about five times. Belgian. As a race organizer at Monaco
in 1984 he stopped the race early due to rain(!) preventing Ayrton Senna from
taking his first win.
That's all I remember. Cutting your hair off causes brain cooling and memory
loss.
