More on ST2/STU Classes

The regional ST2 Class will start at round #2 on 2-22-04.  It will be in run
group 2 with BS, CS, ES (LOTS OF 2's).  We will not run under the National
rules and will not run under the National rules at the Tour.  We will use
the rules that other Regions have adopted.  We have the authority to run
Regional classes at the tour and this will be one of them.  STU will be on
the agenda at the next Steering Committee meeting so if you want the class,
show up or send in comments.
