Had fun at the Reno Divisionals and met nice folks up there, one of my
opponent has a
'rear wing' mounted on stands/upright.
Did i read the SCCA Rule Book incorrectly?
I thought that a rear spoiler needs to be attached directly to the body and
a 10.0 inch height limit.
I know that A-MOd and B-Mod are exceptions.
Any thoughts?

What you read in the rule book is what is supposed to be. If you didn't
protest this fellow he got away with what he did.
