Heber Valley 2006 Air Show July 8

July is a busy month for the BMCU, but here's a new event that is too good
to pass up. The Heber Valley Air Museum presents the Heber Valley 2006 Air
Show on July 8 at the Heber Valley airport. The event will feature vintage
war birds, experimental aircraft, vintage cars (e.g., ours), cars of
interest, and vintage motorcycles.

Due to anticipated demand, there are some rules on cars accepted for the
show. The best cars will be displayed on the airport tarmac and hangars.
Others will be displayed at the airport garage at 203 West Airport Road. If
your car is accepted for airport display, you will receive 2 free passes for
the air show. All drivers of cars accepted for display will be rewarded by a
hamburger lunch. Dash plaques will be given to all cars accepted, no matter
what site is assigned.

Cars need to be in place by 8:00am. Gates open at 9:00am, and the show
starts at 10:00am with radio controlled models. The airplanes start flying
at 11:00am, with a parachute jump at noon. The air show acts begin at
12:30pm and go until about 2:00.

For details, contact Doug Wimer, 435-654-2117.
