air door adjustment

hello all, i just recently purchased #2112 and was wondering if anyone 
has a good way to adjust the air doors, the speed in which they come 
down? the passenger side comes down way too fast-not very elegant. also 
does anyone have access to new door seals? can warped headlight covers 
be fixed or do they have to be replaced? also info on the bricklin clubs
