air door problem

hello, all-- 1st thanks for the door adjustment info. but while in the 
process of adjusting how fast the doors open and close the passenger 
side door quit working. as far as i can tell the electromagnet around 
the valve to open the door is only getting about 9.6 volts and the 
drivers side is getting 12.5v or so.does anyone have an idea what could 
be the problem? thanks again--jay #2112
