For what it is worth I have nos rear bumpers here in the shop that have
never seen the light of day and not been cleaned that I know of, They are
what I would call semi-gloss. others may call it matte or flat. on a scale
of 0-100 where 0 is dead flat (no reflection) and 100 is mirror (100 %
reflection) they are about a 30-35.
