The torque reading before removal is from the 1974 AMC Technical Reference 
manual.  This is the only time I have seen a reference like this in the 
manual.  All the other torque settings are listed in the manual as a 
predefined amount.  Since I removed mine before finding this out I had to 
torque mine down based on drag.  Like I indicated before with a siezed nut I 
am not sure how you could take a torque setting that would be accurate.
