BMH--what's their address?

Having just put my headlights back in my TR7 yesterday, I am again disgusted.
Once again, they have magically stopped working. The go down slowly and stop
about half way.  This happened before after sitting about 3 months.  
When this happened before, they eventually started working again with use.
Is this normal?  Do I need new motors for them? Should I try to oil the motors.
