Try the back of a good sized tire store.  You could find about 537 boxes
just the right size from which to choose.

As for Chris Kent and his worn out rockers, I suggest the following.  If you
have the old rockers refurbished, chances are there is a bit of the original
radius on the edges of the tip which has not worn down.  Have the machine
shop match this as closely as they can.  Unless, of course, you call someplace
like Malvern and get high ratio roller rockers.
