I also have the 'boy its running too rich, I hope the EPA dosen't have a branch office near here' syndrome. I have 1296 engine and carb set up from a MK IV spit. I am using the fuel pump which was installed on a 1500 engine. Does anybody know if the pressure produced by the later pump is higher than what is required by the earlier carb setup?
