Before you start replacing starter parts, clean your battery terminals and
check the charge in each cell of your batteries. Next check to see that your
ground strap has a good clean connection to the frame and that the wire
connecting the starter motor isn't about to fall off. If that still does
not solve the problem, I return you to the regular diagnostic chatter
advising you to: rebuild starter, Rebuild alternator, seel the car &
purchase one that starts ;*), take it to a place that offers free
diagnosis, etc.
