Once upon a time, there was an Englishman, Tom Warth by name, who came to live
in Minneapolis. He was a sporting car enthusiast, and a book lover. People
used to ask him if he could get them odd car books from the old country. He
eventually built a business in south Minneapolis selling car books. He called
it Classic Motorbooks. He had an annual sale and open house. His wife,
Ursula, made crumpets. He advertised in Road & Track. His business grew to be
dominant in the field nationwide. Eventually, he moved it to a new home in the
little town of Osceola, Wisconsin. The annual party moved out to the Osceola
airport, encompasses car and airplane shows and has become called "Wheels and
Wings". Tom prospered, and at the right moment, sold Classic Motorbooks to the
San Francisco Chronicle. He now has returned to his roots, and operates out of
his home in quaint little Marine, just across the Saint Croix river in
Minnesota.

If he can't find an out-of-print book for you, no copies exist. I can not
remember the mane of his new company, but he is advertising in the magazines.
