I dealt with Rhino when I found my Overdrive unit was crappola on
the inside.  They sent me a rebuildable core for a reasonable price.
It didn't have the electrical parts, but they had told me that, and
my old one supplied those bits.  I was happy with their service.

[Of course, the OD doesn't work now, but I'm pretty sure that
 it's *my* fault, not theirs]
