Hopkinson anti roll bars

Does anyone know a source for Hopkinson's suspension handling kits?
I hear he makes one for an MGC that is supposed to be pretty good.
They are developed by Harvey-Bailey Engineering.

Second question:  Do MGs have timing belts? If so, how often do they
have to be changed in miles and years?
