Auto ignorance, was Funny Story

     The recent string on ignorant auto people struck a
     nerve. They're everywhere, even here in the car-density
     state of California. I couldn't even begin to tell you
     how many people asked as their first question "What
     color is it ?, "  on a well-running, just smogged $500
     dollar Pinto I was selling !
          First of all, $500 for a good running car is a
     good deal no matter what color it is, and second, you
     shouldn't be concerned about the color, as a Pinto is
     ugly no matter what color !
