Whats an MG-TD worth?

I hope to look at a '51 MG-TD with 31k (original?) miles
on it today.  The car is apparently in good condition, but
not concours. I have heard the market is soft.  If anyone
has an idea of what it is worth, please e-mail me. At one
time the owner was seeking $14k for it.
