Waxoyl, anyone?

Has anyone ever used a rust preventative product called Waxoyl? I'm told it's a
British product now available in the US and can be applied by the week-end
enthusiast without the need for professional or commercial type equipment. It
is supposedly similar to Ziebart in texture and chemical content. Any
information/experience on this product would be appreciated.
