insulating padding from JC Whitney

Moss motors has an insulating padding with foil on one side, but they
are charging like $40 or $50 for a small piece of it. Someone told me that
JC Whitney had it for half that price. Does anyone have a JC Whitney
catalog, and can you let me know the phone number and item number and price?
I haven't managed to get one of their catalogs yet, just the pricey ones
like Moss, TRF, et al.
