Car Title

Sorta non LBC content.......  A friend of mine has 
a 55 T-bird that was purchased in North Jersey about 
10 years ago. It had the original title with  the name
of Ian Fleming. I was wondering if Ian was into American
cars or if he ever lived on this side of the pond?

Could it possibly be THE Ian Fleming???
