I've removed the exhaust and intake manifold on my 78 Spit to put on
a header. Now that the manifolds are removed I can see some black
oily deposits on the valves. Before replacing the manifolds I would
like to clean that stuff off. Can that stuff be remove with carb.
cleaner? Thanks.
