Yah hoo, 4 1/2 hours of gas welding over with, doesn't that underseal (body
stutz) burn well, 40ft of welding rod* and I can drive around without the beam
axle giving me rear steer!

* and 2 sq ft of washing machine panel

Q. Can rose joints siezing up on rear shockers cause the torsion to be
transfered to other points (like the old subframe mounting panels)

Q. Do manufacturers of replacement panels (like the non-genuine ones I got for
the mounting panel replacements (Rover don't do them) ) refer directly to the
vehicle the panel is for before making the panel or do they design them by
hearsay like the ones I got! (they would have fitted perfectly on the ends of
the sills of a Mini that had had a life as a stock car! )

Q. How do you stop the lube getting washed out of shock absorber rose joints
(they are SPAX coilovers on a Speedex beam axle)

I chose one of the hottest days in the UK do do one of the hottest jobs, lucky
I live near Broadmoor they won't have far to come to take me away (ha ha).

Answers on tin foil cos the paper will burn until she has cooled off!
