wire wheel conversion

I just found out that the Midget uses a different rear end casing if it
comes with wire wheels. If that is the case, how does the VB wire wheel 
conversion kit work??

The front end needs different rotors....does the VB kit (p123) design
mean you don't need this?

The rear end is shorter due to diff. half shafts/case ....does the kit
take this into account? Anybody any experience with this....now
for  a 72 Midget!!
