You will have much better luck getting a response to your request if you

Unlike many mailing lists, the list maintainer for this list is a human
who does not always read the regular list mail. He does list
maintenance on his own time so the response to your request may take as
long as a week. Mark has been known to take off for extended periods
with trailer in tow searching out derelict Triumphs so the wait could
easily be longer. Be patient and he'll get to your request.
