Yes - I fitted a stainless system to my Scimitar about 10 years ago - and
I have NO regrets whatsoever. The only parts which are not SS are the
pipes connecting the resonators and silencers. The SS parts of the system
still shine as if they were new, there are a couple of rust spots (at the
welds) - but otherwise have held up remarkably well.
If you intend to keep your car for a loooong time - I would certainly
consider SS exhausts.
