         No experiences/problems, but a (misguided ;-) friend of mine
         is into AMC cars and along the way came into a large box of
         Metropoliton parts.  He doesn't understand smallish British
         cars as well as brutes like Javlins.  In any case he would
         like to part company with this box.  I rummaged through it
         and saw bearings, points, condensors, s-pipes, a red Lucus
         tail lens (glass, ~2-3 inches diameter), gaskets, gas
         sender/float, and *many* other small items.  All items are
         NOS and still have the inventory cards attached (IBM punched
         cards!).

         If anyone is interested in an inexpensive grab bag, let me
         know and I'll pass the word (he's talking cheap just to
         get rid of it).  I'll make a list of the parts and numbers
         for anyone who is interested.  I also have the address and
         phone number for the Metropoliton owners club (at home) if
         anyone needs it.
