Ken -- All the problems I've ever had with my TR6 have been electrical. On the other hand, it seems like the ignition should be under higher stress at high RPM rather than around 3000. I'd still check the point gap, the condenser, and the distributor shaft wobble. Past that, maybe someone else can suggest something... -- Jeff. |
