I think you are mistaken on this 25 year rule, U/S cars being manufactured
or imported into the U/S were mandated to have cata.converters in 1974 (not
trucks), so if you are having a car EPA tested for import into the U/S it
must meet the standards of manufacture for 1974.  "FT"
