I've looked over my manual ( copyrighted 1997 by Rover) and found
discrepancies in the mm and inch dimensions. Eg, page 2, wrist (gudgeon) pin
dia is 22.215mm to 22.220mm (0.87 to 0.871 inch). The metric works out to a
0.0002 inch total tolerance, while the inch dimensions is 0.001 inch.
Clearly the inch dimensions are wrong. Just seemed sorta funny in a twisted
sort of way. I wrote the publisher, who forwarded my note to Rover with the
warning to me that Rover rarely talks to ordinary folks. Jon
