Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to include that particular engine, which is
somewhat surprizing. This copy was last updated 00.02.04, so it's possible
that there's a newer version - though doubtful, since this appears to be
his own website (if you do a google search on his name and the name of
the document, you'll find copies of it all over the internet).
If you write him and find there is a newer version, please post a link
to it! :)
