PALO ALTO BRITISH CAR MEET 2001
* SATURDAY & SUNDAY *
SEPTEMBER 8th & 9th
* Sunday, September 9th - Be part of one of the
biggest British car shows in the States! Over 700
cars are expected to fill El Camino Park in Palo Alto.
Daily drivers, modified cars and works-in-progress are
as welcome as Concours quality show cars. British food,
live music and more fun than you'll be able to tolerate!
All participants will receive a commemorative gift. Field
placement starts at 9:00AM. Registration fee is $20 per
car at the gate. Spectators park attend free!
* Directions - El Camino Park is on the El Camino Real,
one block north of University Avenue, opposite the
Stanford Shopping Center. From 101, take the University
Avenue exit west, turn north onto the El Camino, then
turn right, into the park.

* Saturday, September 8th - Join us for a fun-filled
morning Brunch Tour to The Sea coordinated by British
Car Magazine. This FREE tour offers an optional
barbecue buffet (ribs, chicken, etc.) at tour's end
in Cameron's Pub party room at a cost of $18.50 per
person. There is no preregistration but please let
the British Car Magazine staff know if you plan to
attend. This year we rendezvous at the British Car
Magazine parking lot in Los Altos. The new location
is on San Antonio Road in Los Altos, between Whitney
and Second.
* Directions - From 101, exit on San Antonio West
towards Los Altos. Proceed half a mile past the stop
lights at Edith and turn right at Whitney (76 station).
>From 280, exit on El Monte east towards Los Altos,
turn left on the Foothill expressway, then right on
San Antonio and finally left on Whitney. Cars will
be staged between 8:30 and 10:00AM.
