Rear Brake Cylinders

I need to replace my right rear brake cylinder.  It's leaking badly and 
appears to have been bored-out in the past.  A rebuild kit won't work the 
piston falls right through the cylinder bore.  I obviously want to replace 
both rear brake cylinders.  My local Nissan Dealer [Crown Nissan, St 
Petersburg, FL] indicates brake cylinders aren't to be found.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
